So, today we played with fire. Didn’t burn anything that we didn’t want to burn either. I haven’t had time to go through all the photos yet (I took 734), but here’s a niceish one.

I set up the L lens on the tripod, and used my phone to trigger speed shooting. The aperture was a little open (f/5.6), I focussed on something inside the jar (so we didn’t burn our house down) and went trigger crazy. I played with various speed settings (from 1/8 to 0.4 seconds), and Melissa played with fire.

We also tried to do some stuff with a flash (I’ve borrowed Dad’s antique), but it didn’t work. There’s always next time.
